Engineering recruiting,
screened by engineers.
Every candidate we submit has passed a technical screen run by a practicing engineer, not a keyword filter, before you ever see a resume.
How we work
01One niche
Controls, automation, manufacturing, and quality engineering. We don't do everything. We do this.
02Small slates, fast
Two or three engineer-screened candidates per role, with the scorecard, inside five business days. Never a resume pile.
03No hire, no fee
Contingency terms with a 90-day replacement guarantee. You pay for a hire that sticks, not for activity.
How a search runs
Intake, with an engineer in the room
We pin down the three must-haves, the salary band, and the real reason the role is open, before anyone sources a single name. Most agencies skip this; it's why their slates miss.
Engineer-run technical screen
A practicing engineer screens every candidate against a written scorecard, not a keyword filter, not a recruiter guessing. You get the scorecard with the submittal.
A small slate, in five business days
Two or three candidates who clear the screen, with notes on where each is strong and where they're not. Never a resume pile to triage yourself.
90-day replacement guarantee
Contingency terms: no hire, no fee. If a placement doesn't stick inside 90 days, we replace them once. You pay for an engineer who stays, not for activity.
The screen
The technical screen is the whole product. Everything else is logistics.
A practicing engineer talks through the work with each candidate (the systems they've actually built, the failures they've debugged, the tradeoffs they can defend) and scores it against a written rubric built for the role.
You get that scorecard with every submittal. So instead of re-interviewing a stack of maybes, you start from a shortlist you can trust, and your team's time goes to the hire, not the filter.
Roles we fill
We recruit across the full range of engineering and technical roles. A few areas where we go especially deep:
Mechanical Engineering
Design, product, plant, and reliability engineers across manufacturers and machine builders.
Electrical Engineering
Power, controls, and electronics, from design through commissioning.
Controls & Automation
PLC and SCADA, robotics, and systems integration on the plant floor.
Technical Project Management
Project engineers, technical PMs, and engineering managers who run complex builds end to end.
A sample, not a menu. If it's an engineering or technical role and we can screen it to our standard, we fill it. Ask about anything.
Where we work
Engineering hires across the United States.
Deepest in our home corridors: Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Detroit, Chicago.
For candidates
Screened by a peer, not a keyword
Your screen is a real technical conversation with an engineer who's done the work, so you're evaluated on what you can actually do.
Your resume moves only with your say-so
We never blast your profile. Nothing goes to a client until you've given written consent for that specific role.
No ghosting
You hear back on where you stand and why. The same feedback discipline we promise clients applies to you.
Questions
How do your fees work?+
Contingency: no hire, no fee. You pay only when a candidate we submitted starts, and every placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee. Exact terms come from our CEO on the intro call, matched to the search.
How fast do you move?+
We aim to put a screened slate of two or three candidates in front of you within five business days of a completed intake. Quality of screen comes first; we won't pad a slate to hit a number.
What makes the screen different?+
It's run by a practicing engineer against a written scorecard, not a keyword match or a recruiter who's never done the work. You see the scorecard, so you can trust the shortlist instead of re-screening it yourself.
Where do you work?+
We recruit across the United States, with the deepest networks in Austin, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Detroit, Chicago. Controls, automation, manufacturing, and quality engineering are our core, and we cover engineering and technical roles more broadly.
