Limestone Group collects contact and professional information that candidates and clients provide to us (such as resumes, work history, and contact details) and uses it solely to provide recruiting services: evaluating candidates, presenting opportunities, and communicating with clients. We do not sell personal information.

Candidate information is shared only with prospective employers a candidate has approved. We retain candidate records to consider individuals for future opportunities; you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@limestonegroupllc.com.

Our emails include an unsubscribe option; opting out stops marketing contact but not messages necessary to an active search you're participating in. We use standard service providers (email, applicant tracking, scheduling) to process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
